Overview
The Mega Lawfare Affiliate Program allows approved individuals (“Affiliates”) to earn commissions by referring new members to the Mega Lawfare platform.
Mega Lawfare reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Eligibility
To participate, you must:
• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate registration information
• Not have previously been banned from the program
We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

Affiliate Relationship
Affiliates are independent contractors.
You are not:
• An employee
• An agent
• A representative of Mega Lawfare
You may not present yourself as officially representing Mega Lawfare.

Commission Structure
Affiliates earn commissions based on the membership plan purchased by the referred user.
Commission Rates
• Member Plan ($17.76) → up to 30% commission
• Operator Plan ($37) → up to 40% commission
• Partner Plan ($97) → up to 50% commission
Exact payout amounts may vary based on promotions, bonuses, or program adjustments.

Earnings Examples Disclaimer
Any earnings examples shown on the website, including estimated annual income projections or sales scenarios:
• Are illustrative only
• Are not guarantees of income
• Depend on factors including:
o Traffic quality
o Conversion rates
o Plan mix
o Refund rates
o Compliance with these Terms
Actual earnings will vary.

Case Bonus Add-On (Partner Level Only)
Affiliates may be eligible for additional bonus compensation tied to:
• Qualified case activity
• Network participation
• Partner-level engagement
Important:
• These bonuses are not guaranteed
• They are not tied to legal outcomes or fees
• They are governed separately under the Affiliate Terms and Reward Terms

Qualified Referrals
A referral is considered valid when:
• The user signs up using your affiliate link
• The purchase is successfully completed
• Payment is processed and not refunded
Mega Lawfare reserves the right to reject or reverse commissions for:
• Fraudulent activity
• Self-referrals
• Duplicate accounts
• Chargebacks or refunds

Payment Terms
• Commissions are paid after a validation period
• Payment timing and methods may vary
• Minimum payout thresholds may apply
Mega Lawfare reserves the right to delay or withhold payments for compliance review.

Prohibited Conduct
Affiliates may NOT:
• Make false income claims
• Guarantee legal or financial outcomes
• Misrepresent Mega Lawfare services
• Use spam or deceptive marketing
• Run paid ads using Mega Lawfare brand terms without permission
Violations may result in:
• Immediate termination
• Forfeiture of commissions

Compliance & Legal Disclaimer

• Does not guarantee case outcomes or financial recovery
• Provides tools, education, and coordination systems
Affiliates must reflect this accurately in all promotions.

Intellectual Property
Affiliates may use approved marketing materials only.
Unauthorized use of branding, logos, or messaging may result in removal from the program.

Termination
We reserve the right to:
• Suspend or terminate any affiliate account
• Reverse commissions for violations
• Modify or discontinue the program at any time

Limitation of Liability
Mega Lawfare is not liable for:
• Indirect or incidental damages
• Loss of income or opportunity
• Technical or tracking issues

Modifications
These Terms may be updated at any time.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
