Mega Lawfare – Reward System Terms

These Reward System Terms govern any reference to “rewards,” “benefits,” or similar incentives within the Mega Lawfare platform.
Participation is voluntary and subject to these Terms.
2. Nature of Rewards
Any rewards offered by Mega Lawfare:
- Are discretionary
- Are promotional in nature
- Are not guaranteed
- Are not wages, commissions, or legal fees
Rewards are provided, if at all, as optional platform incentives.
3. No Relationship to Legal Fees
Rewards are:
- Not derived from attorney fees
- Not contingent on legal outcomes
- Not tied to settlements or judgments
Mega Lawfare does not share in legal fees.
4. No Expectation of Compensation
Participation in the platform does not create any expectation of:
- Payment
- Income
- Financial return
Members should not rely on the platform as a source of income.
5. Eligibility
Reward eligibility, if offered, may depend on:
- Membership tier
- Platform participation
- Compliance with Terms
The Company may modify or revoke eligibility at any time.
6. Discretionary Nature
The Company:
- May grant or withhold rewards at its sole discretion
- May change reward structures at any time
- Is not obligated to provide rewards
7. No Investment or Security
The platform and any rewards:
- Do not constitute an investment opportunity
- Do not represent securities
- Do not involve profit-sharing
No member is purchasing a financial instrument.
8. Taxes
Members are solely responsible for:
- Any applicable taxes
- Reporting any benefits received
9. Abuse or Manipulation
Any attempt to manipulate or exploit the reward system may result in:
- Disqualification
- Account suspension
- Termination
10. Beta Status
The reward system:
- May not be fully operational
- May be modified or discontinued
- Is subject to testing and iteration
11. Limitation of Liability
Mega Lawfare is not liable for:
- Any perceived or expected rewards
- Any loss of potential benefits
